Healing Journey
​I have always sensed a quiet inner knowing - my intuition that knew there was a more authentic way to live and be.

I found the way to integrate my inner soul wisdom into my day-to-day life experience. I was meditating, working with other advanced psychics, reading, and reflecting back from a lot of my life situations. Motherhood further deepened this journey, challenging me to look at my wounding and heal for my own life as well as for my daughter's. Tying in my background in yoga, I use full circle practices that support my well-being and sacred space and now do the same for others as well.
