Tapping into non-physical realms (as in meditation) can provide more insight into who you really are and bring greater perspective on the situations that are happening around. Working with an energy healer can help connect you with your higher power more (the soul), cleanse the energy field (emotion & aura), and interpret astral information (non-physical space). The purpose is not to "go somewhere else" and "see pretty things", but to consciously integrate the higher power with your physical self. Come out of the mind, and into your truth.

It takes clear sight and heightened awareness to each person and each situation at hand. Lakshmi can connect with those from all spectrums - new inner seekers to advanced practitioners in various fields. She can work with all energies to bring more light into this physical world.

"It has been a lifelong healing process towards understanding myself that has now transformed into a gift for others. It was simply perceiving the world empathetically ever since I was young, and absorbing everything too easily. To protect myself... I would retreat, cocoon, and disassociate. I didn't want to be here, I wanted to be in Spirit. A huge shift occurred the more time I spent alone and coming deeper within myself... not pushing away my existence in the body and what was happening around.

I found the way into my own truth and to bring it in the physical world and in this physical body, in the every day experience. The experiences outside in this world continues to challenge and evolve every day, and I embrace the process however it comes.
